코로나의 기세가 다시 일어나는 모습입니다.

마스크 착용, 사회적 거리두기, 생활속 거리두기, 다양한 자구책이 마련되고 있지만, 코로나의 위세는 꺽이지 않고 있어 시름이 깊어만 갑니다.

늘어나는 확진자 수, 이에 비례한 사망자 수, 각국 정부의 lock down으로 인한 세계경제의 위기까지, 세계 경제가 다시 코로나 이전의 원점으로 돌아가는데 2022년까지 내다보는 전문가들도 있다고 하네요.

그렇다면, 지금까지, 진단키트, 마스크, 생활 필수품 등 코로나 수혜를 받았던 기업들이 있기는 하지만, 정작 이 코로나의 위기를 넘어가려면, 코로나 19 백신개발 및 치료제 상용화만이 대안이 아닌가 싶습니다.

이에 따라, 글로벌 대형 제약사들이 코로나19 치료제 및 백신 개발에 뛰어들고 있습니다.

먼저 글로벌 승자는 미국의 ‘길리어드로’ 굳어지는 모양새입니다. 미국을 포함한 세계 각국은 길리어드의 코로나19 치료제 ‘렘데시비르’에 대한 사용 승인 조치를 이어가고 있으며, 에볼라 치료제로 개발된 '렘데시비르'라는 약물이 단숨에 ‘게임체인저’로 급부상하면서 길리어드의 매출은 ‘초대박’을 예상 중이라고 합니다.

팜뉴스 분석 결과에 따르면, 국내 주요 제약사 30곳 중 14곳이 코로나19 관련 사업에 뛰어든 것으로 나타났습니다.

특히 부광약품, 신풍제약, 종근당은 약물재창출 형식으로 코로나19 치료제 개발을 이끌고 있는 상황으로, 이들은 동물실험(비임상)을 넘어선 뒤 최근 식약처로부터 임상2상을 승인받았습니다.

최근 신종감염병 중앙임상위원회가 국내 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 중증 환자에 '렘데시비르' 투여를 공식 권고하면서 관련 기업들도 주목받는 상황으로, 렘데시비르는 미국(FDA)에서 긴급사용승인을 받았고, 국내에서도 코로나19 치료에 사용하기로 결정해 식품의약품안전처에서 특례수입할 수 있게 승인했다고 합니다. 

이들은 코로나19 치료제 개발의 ‘잠룡’으로 꼽히고 있다. 부광약품의 B형간염 치료제 ‘레보비르’는 코로나19 치료에 사용 중인 칼레트라와 유사한 효과를 보인다는 이유로 4월 식약처의 임상2상 관문을 뚫어냈다. 신풍제약의 말라리아 치료제 ‘피라맥스’도 코로나19 바이러스 억제 가능성을 보였다는 점을 근거로 지난달 임상2상 승인을 얻어냈다.

다만, 주식시장에서 부광약품은 낙폭이 커지고 있는 반면, 신풍제약은 금일 장 내내 상승흐름을 이어갔다. 

부광약품은 22일 코스피 시장에서 오후 2시51분 현재 전 거래일보다 4.59%(1750원) 하락한 3만6350원에 거래되고 있다. 부광약품은 시간이 지날수록 낙폭이 커지고 있다.  
부광약품은 10일 항바이러스 치료제인 레보비르(성분명 : 클레부딘)이 시험관내 시험(in vitro)에서 코로나19 치료에 사용중인 칼레트라와 비슷한 결과를 보였다고 밝혔다. 부광약품은 이 부분에 대한 특허도 출원했다.  

신풍제약은 전 거래일보다 0.17%(50원) 상승한 3만200원에 거래되고 있다. 신풍제약은 장 내내 상승 흐름이다. 
신풍제약의 항말라리아제 '피라맥스'가 지난 13일 식품의약품안전처로부터 코로나19(COVID-19) 치료제 임상2상 시험계획(IND)을 승인받았다.  이번 임상은 국내 환자 116명을 대상으로 다기관, 무작위배정, 이중 눈가림, 평행, 위약대조 방식으로 진행한다.

Corona's momentum is rising again.

Wearing a mask, keeping a social distance, keeping a distance in life, and various self-help books are in place, but Corona's position is not broken, and the worries are deep.



The increasing number of confirmed patients, the proportion of fatalities, and the global economic crisis caused by the government's lockdown, the world economy is returning to its pre-Corona origin, and some experts are looking forward to 2022.



If so, there have been companies that have received corona benefits such as diagnostic kits, masks, and daily necessities, but to overcome this crisis, corona 19 vaccine development and commercialization of therapeutics are the only alternatives.



As a result, large global pharmaceutical companies are plunging into the development of Corona 19 treatments and vaccines.

First, the global winner looks like America's'Gilliardo' is solidifying. Countries around the world, including the United States, are continuing to approve the use of Gilead's Corona19 treatment'Remdesivir', and the drug'Remdesivir' developed as an Ebola treatment is rapidly becoming a'Game Changer'. It is said that sales are expecting'invitation'.

According to the results of Palm News analysis, 14 out of 30 major pharmaceutical companies in Korea jumped into Corona19 related businesses.

In particular, Bukwang Pharm, Shinpung Pharm, and Chong Kun Dang are leading the development of corona19 treatments in the form of drug re-creation. They went beyond animal testing (non-clinical) and were recently approved for clinical trial 2 by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.



Recently, the Central Clinical Commission of New Infectious Diseases was officially recommending the administration of'remdesivir' to patients with severe new coronavirus infection (Corona19) in Korea. It is said to have been approved by Korea Food and Drug Administration for special imports because it has been decided to be used for Corona 19 treatment in Korea.

They are said to be'jam-ryong' in the development of Corona 19 treatment. Bukwang Pharm's hepatitis B treatment “Levovir” broke through the Phase 2 clinical trials of the Ministry of Food and Drug Affairs in April because of its similar effect to calletra being used to treat corona19. Shinpoong Pharmaceutical's anti-malaria drug'Pyramax' also received approval for phase 2 clinical trials last month on the basis of its potential to inhibit Corona19 virus.


However, in the stock market, Bukwang Pharm has been experiencing a sharp drop, while Shinpung Pharm continued its upward trend throughout the day.

Bukwang Pharm is trading at 3,6350 won, down 4.59% (1750 won) from the previous trading day as of 2:51 pm on the 22nd. Bukwang Pharm's decline is increasing over time.
Bugwang Pharmaceuticals announced on the 10th that anti-viral drug levovir (ingredient name: clevudine) showed similar results to caletra used for corona19 treatment in vitro. Bukwang Pharm also filed a patent for this part.

Shinpoong Pharm is trading at 3,200 won, up 0.17% (50 won) from the previous trading day. Shinpung Pharm is on the rise throughout the intestine.
Shinpoong Pharmaceutical's anti-malarial drug'Piramax' was approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety on the 13th as a clinical trial phase 2 (IND) for Corona 19 (COVID-19) treatment. The trial will be conducted in a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel, placebo-controlled manner in 116 patients in Korea.
